Should the rooster should be the new official animal of Russia?

Roosters are loud, annoying, and arrogant. They think they are very important for strutting around and crowing when they seen the sun. However, when they get too aggressive and annoying, the farmer's daughter chops off the rooster's head and eats him.

I think this is a very good description of the nature of Russia, and so the rooster should be Russia's official animal.
